Most of our generators run on gasoline. Our dual-fuel models can run on both gasoline and propane (LPG). Our solar power stations store energy from the sun or wall outlets. Industrial diesel generators use diesel fuel — more efficient for continuous heavy use.

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over $500. Most of our generators qualify for free shipping. For orders under $500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on consumer generators. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email us at rentianrui6@qq.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2-3 business days, along with return shipping instructions.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs. If you're returning for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping. On free-shipping orders being returned, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to us), we process the refund to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.

For most portable generators, we recommend changing the oil after the first 20 hours of use (break-in period), then every 50-100 hours of operation or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Always check your owner's manual for the exact schedule for your model.

No — never operate a generator in rain, snow, or wet conditions. Generators produce high voltage and water poses a serious electrocution risk. Always use a generator tent or cover designed for running operation, and place it on a dry, level surface outdoors with proper ventilation.

For storage over 30 days: 1) Drain the fuel tank or add a fuel stabilizer. 2) Change the oil. 3) Clean or replace the air filter. 4) Disconnect the battery. 5) Store in a cool, dry place, covered. 6) Start and run the generator for 10-15 minutes every 1-2 months if possible.

Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87 (AKI). We recommend using gasoline with no more than 10% ethanol (E10). Do not use E15, E85, or diesel fuel unless your generator is specifically designed for it. Always store fuel in an approved container and use it within 30 days.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes engine failure, electrical component failure, and structural defects.
